Hey Chuck,I will email Bill with full breakdown and explanation today . He will understand charges and where we are at after reviewing the breakdown CDHC clients have been a nightmare with this transition because of how it was being done in the past in regards to submissions . We finally cleaned it all out and changed the billing to monthly . Will be much simpler going forward .We spent hours and hours on these few clients . We shouldn’t have this issue going forward . As you understand it’s a gruesome process .
