Suspending care would put him at serious risk. I have reached out to the brother and I am hoping he can facilitate payment. Nimra returns Monday Nov. 25th. may i suggest that we postpone suspension and legal action until that time. I will inform the brother of the severity of the situation, giving them a week to put emergency care in place if needed. Another suggestion might be to take a deposit on care that is equal to 2 weeks of services. This would give us a buffer and could be refundable or applied to the last weeks of service upon termination of support. Just an idea.
