That is the intended feature not a bug. That's how we are tracking the channel our calls are coming from. Callrail reads the number on the backend of the site and then shows the user a tracking number that routes to the intended line. If the team has questions on anything that is in place on the site, please have them ask us ahead of time instead of implementing a workaround so that we can avoid issues like this in the future.
