I was not on the phone for 20 minutes trying to find it, but Sharon had hung up just before I told the agent to put the call through. The CG got to the client's place by 6:20pm as she had a hard time finding parking and it was her first time there as this was a new client. The client's name is actually Nadia Chami and I was able to find her. I was on another call when Frax tried to call back. All is sorted now.
