The narrower piece I need to zone in on right now is the in-home assessment= . Is there anything the customer gets out of that visit/time? Anything that helps them understand where they are at on any particular aspects of the balanced care spectrum. Anything they learn from that visit? Any guidance they receive? Anything left with them - so they have it whether they become a customer or not? Anything? Or is it just one-way traffic? I.e. We take from them the information we need and go away and process it.
