We were paying overtime for hours above 176 hour in the four weeks. I was adjusting this manually. Please see the below screenshot for your reference. We have discussed this earlier many times. The decision was to continue doing the same as before. Around two months back I was informed to stop calculating the OT for Oakville and Waterloo. Hope this helps.
