The role is fairly new in Canada so there isn't much historical data - For HCL/s the *average* they earn is circa $25k in commissions annually. For Senior HCL's the *average* is circa $60k. I highlight average as this is taken from the actual data which shows under performing and over performing. I hope that makes sense.
