She is not comfortable calling it over as this is her mother=E2=80=99s estate and she wants to fully understand what has h= appened and where the account is at. I did share that despite her request to =E2=80= =9Cstop=E2=80=9D the payments of the cheques it was out of our control but if necessary they would be refunded. I also shared there is no late interest charges applied to the account. She still wants everything she has asked for and then will be in touch with regard to our offer.
