Since all the leaders are now involved and working to settle the invoices, I have made a full summary that includes, Toronto and New York, service business transition and SAAS business. Please find the summary pasted and attached below, along with all the 13 documents - 4 SAAS invoices, 4 service transition invoices and 5 service transition credit notes. Also, Tim, the contract we have with TheKey for SAAS business is one single contract for both Toronto and New York, we have always billed it combined and have received payments as well for the earlier months. Hence, please note that the invoices are combined, except for the final termination invoice - I have however demarcated the amounts into New York and Toronto for your records. [image: image.png] In a nutshell, we need to receive $42,338.40 for SAAS and $399.56 for service; once we receive that, we will be settling the credit notes. Alternatively you can send us the net numbers highlighted in yellow - your AR team prefers that the payments and receipts are not netted out, so it is easier for them to reconcile, but I leave that to your discretion.
