There were a total of 28 "emergency calls" not transferred. I did not include a few calls which Julianna stated she received but was on the other line. The majority are from Kansas with 16 in total, Columbus -2, Michigan - 2, Milwaukee -5, Missouri - 3. This information has been escalated to MAP and I am working with Map Representative Kara King. It appears MAP has an invalid number listed for Kansas but I do not have further information for the other office locations. I will update when I have more information.
