--000000000000fdc81c05f38fe7f6 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Hi Dawn, Please see below breakdown based on the employee's length of service 1. *Leena Maraj - $2085.32* (1 week pay in Lieu included) Severance as of Mar 14, 2022 - $979.56 + Pay in lieu $1105.76 2. *Navdeep Gill* - $1415.86 (1 week pay in Lieu included) Severance as of Oct 24, 2022 - $319.71 + Pay in Lieu $ 1096.15 3. *Thivyah Malanar* - $775.23 (1 week pay in Lieu included) Severance as of Apr 11, 2022 - $342.54 + Pay in Lieu $775.23 Remarks: Thivyah is part time and works only 20 hrs/week 4. *Geetanjali Pandey* - $1564.89 (1 week pay in Lieu included) Severance as of Oct 24, 2022 - $353.36 + Pay in lieu $1211.53 Severance pay is based on salary history and length of service. Employees will have less severance if they worked less than 1 year, of course we can always offer more and considering their employment history, as mentioned for Canada employees if they left a long term job with better benefits to join The Key, we will need to adjust to that, however I don't have any visibility of their resume or employment history. Again the above calculation is the basic as per ESA.
