They have always loved our team and service. They pay about half what our other clients pay for live in as they were acquired when HCA bought Loving Home (an agency here) I have spoken with this family several times as they previously complained about the price in a Medallia report. They have said the $300 they pay is outrageous meanwhile our live in rates to date are upwards of $500 a day. They are not unhappy with the service.
