This was due to the switching of email addresses from the former Mavencare email address, to the @thekey.com email addresses. We will change your account settings to resume notifications to your new email address. Noted and thanks for the feedback. We will open a request to have Kathryn added to the mavencare@thekey.com user group. Is there anyone else that would need to sign off on/approve this change prior to us implementing it?
