I already let Kendra and Mikey know yesterday about the change in plans. I think once I get going as a CSM and find the changes- I am positive I will be able to adjust. I am excited to work with a cohort again- it has always been such a valuable tool in every position I have held- please let me know when I can start joining the group! ( Also Tim,if you could share the SLA checklist with me please.) Regarding Carrie and recruitment...at first she helped with the Nashville office in addition to the Columbus office. She is the one working in iCIMS, calling the applicants, interviews, orientation, the whole process. She has been working with recruitment for 3 years and has been doing dual roles of Recruitment and GC Manager for just short of 9 months. I have been asking to have her out of the recruitment role ever since- it is just too much for one person to handle. We could not get the support our team needed so we have pulled back on recruitment until we have the right amount of hours to offer. She has received some bonuses along the way but not many and truly has not had much direction in the recruitment role. The only thing I see missing from the list is the situation with Andraya Armstrong- she returns on Monday and I would like to have a plan in place. If you could follow up on this that would be helpful. As you probably could tell from yesterday, I am super excited to return to my previous role as CSM and am also excited to lead our office back to being the best by closing the back door of our current Client list and increasing revenue with new Clients . I understand we are in a moment of transition and I am just thrilled that we have the new leadership supporting us and the opportunities it will bring! Have a great day to you both!
