Hi Tim Thank you for reaching out with your email address. Since I’m back i= n Pittsburgh I thought this might be the easiest way to communicate.  I heard from the CLSC nurse Sophie DuPont. She says she will start the paper= work but would like some initial information about our “employeeâ= €.  I thought it would make sense to assign Kamalday (Cassie) since she does 3 n= ights a week at my mum’s.  The nurse would like me to forward her full name, address, social security n= umber and a void check from the bank.  Then she will want to meet to sign the paperwork, but I can have my sister d= o that for me.  Is that how we should proceed to make it as inconspicuous as possible?
