Please be aware that the app currently may be reflecting the wrong time and all caregivers should be working their normal times. The team is still working with WellSky to resolve this issue. *Current Workarounds:* If a caregiver is in a region that had a Daylight Savings Time change, their existing shift in their app may show an incorrect shift start time and they should attend their shift at the regularly scheduled time, not the time listed on the app at this time. *Est time for Resolution*: TBD *Time for next update:* Monday - 1:00pm Est. Thanks , Terrence On Sun, Mar 10, 2024 at 6:19=E2=80=AFPM Terrence Vetter wrote: > We still appear to be experiencing the issue with ClearCare's data from > Wellsky due to daylight savings time.
