Here are some observations: 1. Your leads per month are the best in the network. Your net = conversion is low with an opportunity to improve the assessment to = client ratio from 69% to 80%.   2. Your revenues have stayed flat over the past year, but hopefully that = will change over the next year.     3. The highest 6 months retention figures I see for sites your size or = larger is 75% and 50% for 12 months. With you new focus on care = management, hopefully we will see these number improve.   4. Your margins and average invoice are great.   5. Internet is your Tier A referral source with close to 600k per year = from that one source alone. The goal is to secure 3 - 5 other Tier one = source at that level or more. With a more pronounced referral marketing = program, that should happen.
