If it's OK with you, I'd like to push the first onboarding message to go out tomorrow, instead of today. Our West Coast support agent is out sick today and our East Coast agent finishes at 2:00PM ET; I'd prefer to have someone available to answer any questions that come up from caregivers right away as they begin the process.
