May 27 Pipeline Meeting (formerly known as Sales & Operations Meeting)

Another great meeting. Thanks for your patience as we slowly transition into using Analytics Portal as our platform for discussion.

Key achievements/highlights:
Excellent initiate by Meera and Abraham on the job fairs - great to see the caregivers’ numbers go up!
Awesome to see few Elephants in our pipeline (prospect to assessment)- kudos to Poulami and Allison.
We are slowly bringing GTA business back up; a key win is the partnership with Memory & Company. Sending a formal agreement today.
Great job team in participating and showing our support for Walk for Alzheimers event.
A huge success with the SPRING SOCIAL at Harper’s Landing yesterday. We had 15 key decision makers from our key referral partners attend and we renewed and refreshed our partnership.
Kristin, your efforts at The Williamsburg and Pearl & Pine will go a long way.
Excellent reviews from Medallia portal from both clients and caregivers.
Key associates to be trained on Analytical Portal early next week.

The theme for this meeting was around the Quality of Caregivers; right from recruiting, how we orient them, how we prepare them to taking on one-to-one shifts or staffing shifts.
