Note that the alert doesn't contain the actual contents of the incoming message and it will just notify the on-call that someone texted that number. Also, I noticed that the "take me there" link for these Unicom rules aren't working though so I filed a JIRA (MID - 3868) to have this fixed. I also created a rule to send an email for all missed clock outs to go to the same email address.
