She had logged in when we first began this process but only had access to her old region in the west. Currently she is not able to log in. She states when trying to log she uses her @ thekey.com email. This sends her a link to her personal email. When she clicks on the link that was sent to her personal email it send her a code to her phone. When she enters the code it says login/access denied. Any help is greatly appreciated.
