Hello Anotte,

 

Julianna is now not able to log in. She had logged in when we first began this process but only had access to her old region in the west. Currently she is not able to log in. She states when trying to log she uses her @thekey.com <http://thekey.com>  email. This sends her a link to her personal email. When she clicks on the link that was sent to her personal email it send her a code to her phone. When she enters the code it says login/access denied. 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated.

I apologize for the ongoing issue. Unfortunately, Julianna is still unable to access the Uber account. She has been logging in on a computer using her @thekey email, and she also tried accessing it through her personal account to see if it was connected to the corporate account. It’s crucial that this is resolved as soon as possible.
