Hi Everyone,

Starting February 2, all recruiters in the East region and Canada will have
1:00 PM – 2:00pm EST blocked off daily for "Power Hour."

The goal of this initiative is to provide uninterrupted, intentional time
for recruiters to focus on following up with caregivers in onboarding, cold
calling, sourcing, and identifying new partnership opportunities with
schools and unemployment offices.

During this hour, recruiters will set their status to "Do Not Disturb," so
responses via chat and email may be delayed. We have also asked them not to
accept new meetings that conflict with Power Hour without pre-approval. So,
if something time-sensitive needs to be scheduled during that window,
please coordinate with me and we’ll make it work.
