Re: Alberta Year End Prep - Data Cleanup in Ceridian address/SIN etc. 2025

Hi All,

Apologies for the delay on this. I am fully aware of how important it is to
keep this information updated within an acceptable timeframe, especially
since I used to handle it myself. The email got lost in the shuffle of the
day-to-day routine, but I’ve now caught up.

We sent out communication on November 5th about updating the local office
with new home addresses. We’ve received updates from only two caregivers on
the "Address Check" tab. For the rest, please mark them as completed,
except for the two pending items.

I’ve also updated the "SIN Problem" tab with information from the active
caregivers. I am still waiting on an update from 6 caregivers, but Ive
highlighted them in yellow and will update when they provide the new
information.

I didn’t find a section to update the Calgary staff addresses, so here’s
the latest info for three of our staff members:
