Vancouver CSM training to update their tool kit for Facility referrals

Hi Denny
My name is Sharon and I have not had the opportunity of working with you
but have had the privilege of attending some webinars hosted by you and
your team. I am the GM of the Vancouver market and reaching out for your
expertise.

I am wondering if there is a possibility of setting up  some training for
our CSM team so that they are more equipped to be out in the community and
knocking on the doors of our local facilities and senior living spaces. We
do not have an HCL in our area and although I have heard talk of an area
manager coming on board I know we are not even at the interview stage and I
strongly feel we have resources here that given the right tools they can
certainly start to set the groundwork
We have some good relationships with referral partners but would like to
give them a bit more so I was thinking of "mind fit" but none of us have
any training in that.
Is this something that we can set up with you and have our CSM team and
myself attend so we could offer it to residents in the future?
I am open to any and all suggestions to inspire and engage our CSM team in
hunting for new referral sources and maintaining and adding value to our
existing ones.
Let me know as I also realize you have a large portfolio so time is likely
very precious
