In person assessment completed. Due to the location, and acuity of care, I quoted $50/hour. This client is outside of our service area. They wanted 8a-3p M-F, with weekends as needed. Client is non verbal, 57 YO w/ down syndrome and dementia. They expressed that they weren't able to pay that. I told them that due to location, it would be hard to staff with consistency since they are outside our normal service area. Closing.
