Hello Chuck and Tim,

We still have yet to receive payment for Heather's account balance

Does anyone have an update from Mark Mathewson, he stated he was working
with Marc Atkinson directly.

FYI I have asked Marc Atkinson (on Friday March 15th) to send me a copy of
the all of the account activity going through Heather’s account including
both invoices and payments (i.e, the detail account receivable detail
transaction going through Heather’s A/R) so that I can determine what's
gone wrong and how to fix the same at Heather's end.
I suggest that you connect with Marc to see where he's at.
On receipt of the information I hope to solve the problem.
