Hope this helps.=20 Lindsey Sent from my iPhone > On Oct 12, 2022, at 9:20 AM, Cheryl Cartwright wr= ote: >=20 > =EF=BB=BF > Good Morning Everyone, >=20 > The last week of September I was in Winnipeg and helped Brian clean up cle= ar care and together with Shyanne we put in a process to help clean up the s= hifts daily in order to avoid mistakes. We could see that last week however s= till had a lot of caregivers clocking in late or out early. Shyanne is aware= of this and will be contacting caregivers to find out what is going on and a= dd notes where appropriate. In addition to this however, there were still se= veral clients that had different billing rates or no billing rates despite m= y correcting all this a few weeks ago. I am not sure when payroll was run bu= t it seems that all of last week Jennifer Feuillartre was not paid for any o= f her shifts with Mary Hotomani. I have corrected Mary's shifts to all billa= ble and deleted and re-entered all Mary's shifts for future with correct bil= ling but we will owe Jennifer pay from October 3rd - October 7th as this was= already closed out.=20 >=20 > It would appear that the reason the changes we made to billing didn't stic= k is because billing seems somehow tied to caregiver rates. So if a client's= rate is $30 and we then raise a caregiver to $17.00 from say $14.00 it seem= s to affect the billing rate of the client upwards to keep the margin. If I a= m understanding this correctly, this will create a lot of problems moving fo= rward and billing will continue to be an issue. Can we take this setting off= ?=20 >=20 > Anyway, billing has been corrected as far as client rates go but we will n= eed to check this every week for now and I have not adjusted the clock in an= d out times although I think we should according to schedule.
