Veneranda will cover the nights until Sat at noon. For the day = shifts, Patricia will do Thursday and is available for Friday. I have not = confirmed Friday with her as we should send Nadiia if she is not working with = Hanna & Surette-Bourque. It is all dependant on those two schedules. Patricia = needs to be told about what will happen on Friday.   3) Margaret Angle: They are apparently ready to start care, but we = have nothing from them in terms of contract or payment. I was very clear that = we would not do anything until they confirmed payment. Maria has spoken to them. The file is on my desk. They want to start 1st week 3 hrs 2xweek, = 2nd week 3hrs 3x week, 3rd week 4 hrs 3x week   4) Dantec: Nadiia is now not working tomorrow and wants her shift = back at Dantec. I left a message and also texted Marie-Viergemène to let = her know that she will not be working there tomorrow. Nadiia is back in the = schedule for tomorrow. I have also emailed Monsieur Dantec and let Nadiia know.   5) Chouteau: It needs to be decided if we are returning Monica to = the schedule. Cheryl phoned her, but she has not returned the call. There is = the possibility to have her work at Szczepanska   6) Jeanne D’arc Roy: This is the client in Ile-Perrot. They = phone don Tuesday looking for an update. I told Christian that we were still = working on it. Someone needs to please contact him before the end of the day = Friday with another update. We still have no one for this job. File is on my = desk.   7) Puncho: Alice was supposed to phone us back to let us know if = she is interested in the night shifts at Puncho (to replace Luba). I have left = her another message. No news yet, so Luba is still in the schedule for now.   8) Hanna & Surette-Bourque (Maxwell Residence): We were going to = have Lezlie go to Mrs. Hanna, but we need a qualified PAB. Open shifts start = this coming FRIDAY! Once schedule is set, the Hanna family needs to be = advised. Vanessa, who is at Surette-Bourque, needs to be replaced (she needs to = be advised once she is) as she is not comfortable. We are waiting to hear = back from Marlene. We are hoping to have the Hanna shift pushed forward so = that Nadiia can then do both the Hanna shift and the Surette-Bourque shift. = If Nadiia does take Hanna & Sure
