         through to Caribou.

         - Confirmed that we must re-test the deactivated status flows
         through to Caribou.

   - *Scenarios #3 - #16 *- In Progress
         - Alber validated that the shifts populated on the carelogs
         outbound file as expected.

         - @Roxana Cruz <rcruz@thekey.com> to flip the two caregivers
