Here are the updates from Vancouver office:
I spoke to one caregiver who was able to clock in and out using the APP
without making any changes to the cache. I also tried it myself and
successfully clocked in without troubleshooting.
I spoke to another caregiver who couldn't clock in and out yesterday. She
deleted and reinstalled the app, and now it's working. She clocked in at
1pm today.
Felix followed the troubleshooting instructions and successfully clocked in
at 1:30pm today.
