      Distribute direct mail showcasing brain teaser exercises, Track
      sign-ups and engagement through thekey.ca/quiz

   BD Market Manager
   -

       Hire a BD Market Manager with strong sales leadership.  This
      position will target the major Senior Residence chains and hospital
      C-Suites to secure partnerships.

      Will be an added support for the Hybrid CSM program to refine their
      sales approach and strategies.

   Expanded Contracts
   -

      Discussions have begun with VCH on expanding our relationship outside
      of West and North Vancouver into Vancouver Proper which could be
      significant. This is a priority focus for RDO, Tim Thomas and GM, Sharon
      Spiers.

   Retention: With 3 CSMs (two RNs) we can now support our private pay
   clients and adhere to the SLA. In addition, we can ensure our VCH clients
   receive proper clinical oversight reducing hospitalization rates.

Expected Results:

   Direct mail is anticipated to convert sign-ups into clients through
   targeted remarketing.

   Hiring of BD Market Manager will contribute to achieving a stable and
   diversified client base, stronger market presence, and improved sales
   performance.

   Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) has returned to their normal referral
   pattern since their capacity has tightened up again. Revenue for July is
   projected at $942k CAD up

from $872k in June. Expected new clients per Month: 10-15
