Hi Tim,

I've investigated the issue you reported and the beh= avior I'm seeing
is that the optin will appear successfully after 30 s= econds and then
if I refresh the page or manually navigate to a differ= ent page where
the campaign is active (copy/paste the url) then the op= tin will appear
immediately when the page loads again.

This behav= ior is consistent with the 30-second display rule. As long
as the visi= tor has been browsing your site for at least 30 seconds and
hasn't int= eracted with the optin yet then it should appear immediately
on the ne= xt page load. You see, that 30 seconds refers to how long the
visitor= has been on your _WEBSITE_, not just how long they have been
on a spe= cific _WEB PAGE_. Once the visitor has reached the 30-second
mark, ref= reshing the page or navigating to a new one does not reset
this timer.=

If you are seeing the optin appear immediately on page load in ot= her
circumstances, like if the visitor has already interacted with the=
optin, then that could be an issue and I can investigate further.
