Billed Rate MoM Midwest

Hi Tim ,

While reviewing the MoM var for Midwest i noticed out of all the locations
Grand Rapids billed rate was much higher MoM then other locations. In Aug
the billed rate was $32.2 and in Sept $36.1. giving us a var $3.78
var%11,7%.

Can you provide context as to why/how the big jump Mom?
