Hello,

I am experiencing an issue when connecting my computer to external
monitors. The screen flickers repeatedly as if it’s attempting to connect
to the monitors but then reverts back to the laptop display. This process
continues in a loop.

During this time, the laptop charges via the docking station cable, but it
does not successfully connect to the external monitors. I’ve attached a
picture of my docking station for reference.

Any assistance with resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Using multiple screens is crucial for efficiently performing my duties.
