Hello Nargis, Maria Janeth and Jasmine called to inform me that Mr Gercke has a fractured l= eft shoulder that will take six months to heal, there will not be any operat= ion.  Jasmine said that his blood pressure is quite high and they will supervise h= im most probably overnight.  Maria Janeth will return tomorrow at the hospital at 10:30 as scheduled, unl= ess you would like to start 24 hr care, in which case I would require your w= ritten permission.
