Hey all

As mentioned in the status meeting this morning, here are the links to both
the EOD/On-call Report template and the Work Schedule. I want to emphasize
that these are drafts and feedback is welcomed. We can tweak them both over
the coming weeks, but I will start implementing both next week when we all
get back from the long weekend on Tuesday.
Some notes:
The current process of On-call notes found in the Slack channel of the same
name is very similar to the format I am suggesting, just easier to add
notes to throughout the shift. Not just for scheduling issues, but anything
of value and it is for this reason that I think it would be good to have an
EOD report in addition to an On-call one. The goal of this document is to
be a snapshot of the day/night with emphasis on valuable information for
those receiving the hand-off. It is also useful as a one-stop reference for
any particular day if needed in the future. All members of the team can and
should add to it throughout the day, but Amrita and Tyler, you two will be
responsible for sending it out at 5pm. You two can decide who does it on
which days or I can set up a schedule. Whatever works for the both of you.
June, you will continue to do the same excellent on-call notes that you do,
with some additions. Same goes for any of you who take an on-call shift.
As for the Work schedule, I would like to have someone in the offices every
day Mon to Fri moving forward. This can easily be achieved if we break it
up between us. It also allows for in-person connectivity with our CG staff
which helps with retention, loyalty and a sense of belonging to an
organization that cares. I have included a schedule for 1:1's in this
document as well.

I am sure there will be lots of questions and I welcome any comments,
questions and/or concerns.  It would be greatly appreciated if all of you
could give it a look-over before the status meeting tomorrow.
