I genuinely appreciate how quickly you engaged with the proposal and how deeply you advocated for both your teams and our caregivers. Your perspectives surfaced important considerations around equity, optics, and the experience we want every caregiver to have during the holiday season. This conversation made it clear how essential it is to bring our Regional leaders into these discussions earlier. Your insight is invaluable, and I want to make sure future culture programs incorporate your lens from the beginning so we=E2=80=99re aligned on both intent and execution. Based on your feedback, and in partnership with Chantal and Emily, we are pivoting the Seasons of CARE campaign to ensure it is fully company-funded and rooted in gratitude, not in employee donations or caregiver contributions. Here is the revised direction: *Updated Seasons of CARE Plan* 1. CARE Learning & Development Fund =E2=80=94 A new Q1 employee growth and development initiative. We will award 10 grants of up to $500 each to support employees pursuing education, certifications, or professional development. Nominations will be collected in December, and recipients w= ill be announced in January. 2. CARE Holiday Celebrations =E2=80=94 Local teams and corporate department= leaders will receive a dedicated holiday budget to celebrate together and recogn= ize both staff and clients. These funds are intended to support meaningful, inclusive moments of appreciation - whether through small gatherings, treats for the team, or gestures of gratitude for the clients and referr= al sources we serve. 3. CARE Gratitude Moments =E2=80=94 Peer-to-peer recognition aligned with T= heKey=E2=80=99s CARE values, shining a light on team members who exemplify compassion, adaptability, resourcefulness, and empathy in their daily work. This revised approach keeps the spirit of the campaign intact while ensuring we are uplifting our caregivers in a way that reflects dignity, professionalism, and organizational support. Thank you again for your honesty and advocacy. Your partnership strengthens our culture initiatives, and I=E2=80=99m grateful to work alongside leaders= who care this deeply about our people. Please continue to share any additional thoughts or needs as we finalize this pivot; we welcome them. Grateful for your feedback, Sky Cross Director of Employee Experience sky.cross@thekey.com (309) 252 - 0773 *TheKey.com * [image: TheKey] On Wed, Dec 3, 2025 at 6:38=E2=80=AFAM Jessica Thomas wrote: > Good morning - thank you for the opportunity to review.
