training and tools for Caregiver Performance Management! As we continue to
standardize the caregiver journey, new Caregiver Performance Management
processes and tools will be implemented beginning April 1, 2023.

   Block Your Calendar: You are invited to attend a four-part Performance
   Management series each Wednesday starting March 8-March 29, 2023 between
   9:30-10:30 am PT. Your attendance at these training sessions as you will
   be held accountable for Caregiver Performance Management moving forward.

   Accept the Invitations: Training Session invitations will be sent from
   Workplace later today. Make sure you accept all four of the invitations as
   NEW information will be shared each week.

   Get Excited: During the sessions, you will gain access to a variety of
   on-demand templates and tools including– Performance Evaluations,
   Corrective Action forms, Performance Improvement Plans and the Manager’s
   Responsibilities for Involuntary Terminations which will help you in your
   day-to-day caregiver management efforts!
