Once again, we are a premium homecare provider and we need to be priced accordingly. In reading many of your comments, you are not onboard with this concept. I need you all to relook at your recommendations and price your sites at the high end of our competition. Ideally at least $1 more than our highest competitor. The way I'm reading the notes, it feels as though many of you are suggesting keeping rates the same, unless I'm missing something. I added a column for our current "range" since that's how many of you are making recommendations for updates. Please fill in your current quote range and your recommended new quote range. I would expect to see increases in the 5-7% range which is in-line with our inflationary costs. Please revisit the proposed rates and fill in Columns M and N so I can see before and after pricing.
