Hi All!

There were some follow up concerns around the criteria for moving a lead to
an opportunity.  We heard the concerns and officially changed this!!
Please see below and let your teams know of this formal change.

A Lead is any prospective client prior to being qualified. Once qualified,
it can be converted to an opportunity. To be determined qualified, a lead
must meet these three criteria:

   1.

   In our service area
   2.

   Looking for our services
   3.

   *Financially qualified for the quoted rate. *

If a prospect can afford our services, but chooses not to move forward due
to the rate, please move to an opportunity and choose the option,
"Unwilling to Pay Rate- Did Not Find Value in Price"
