I have many rate increases indicated on the spreadsheet you shared but none are in my approval queue. If I have none in the approval queue, does that mean I do not actually have any rate increases this round? I put through increases in September for October. The entries I've reviewed on the spreadsheet are duplicates, and the client had an increase earlier this year. The directions you provided are not working. I cannot submit the approval. I am adding notes to comments but do not want to submit for approval if the rate change indicates yes. It's not allowing me to change to no.
