Summary (All comparisons to prior week, unless otherwise noted.) Total home care revenue decreased by -0.3%, with billed hours down -0.7%, partially offset by a 0.2% increase in the bill rate For the second week in a row HCL starts hit a new high for the year at 235, a 9.3% increase over last week's high; client census declined by -0.4% Assessments hit a new high for the year and leads, opportunities and assessments all exceeded the 13-week average by more than 25% Headcount increased by 7 primarily due to an increase in sales Billed hours per FTE and Revenue per FTE declined versus the prior week, but were up versus the 4-week average; Billed hours per FTE were also up 1.2% versus the 13-week average Hours per caregiver were down -1.5% versus the prior week, but up 1.0% versus the 4-week average and up 4.1% up versus the 13-week average Additional Note: With the recent move of Caregivers from Paychex to Workday, we are working on integrating the Workday payroll data into the KPI report. As a result, we have excluded wage rates and caregiver margin from the report until the integration is completed.
