Please pay special attention to columns L, M, and N, which contain the clie= nt’s Benefit Amount, Hours, and Percent. These values correspond wi= th column K, the Benefit Frequency. If a client holds a multi-layer policy,= you will see additional details in columns O, P, and Q, which indicate the= policy cap.
