@Amanda Maldonado​ this was a file that had a Canadian postal code and the country as CA. Today, randomly though, the postal code was missing a number and as such the country changed from CA to US. The client had entered the information herself and until today had all 6 digits in the postal code. As a result I wasn't able to enter any new tasks till I fixed the issue. I will try and tag you before I fix things next time. @Audra Williams​ @Timothy Thomas​
