--000000000000cacae4063e002d8a Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable CT SOUTH (BOLD ITEMS ARE ACTION PLANS) Client Starts & Pipeline Momentum - We have 4 new starts this week, with 3 additional clients in closed-won status pending start in September. - 1 client from our *win-back campaign* is scheduled for assessment next week, expected to transition to ongoing services. - made 22 calls to lost opportunities in salesforce. 2 clients are still showing interest but not ready yet. *Follow Up tasks are set.* - 2 current clients are *expanding hours following QA visits* and proactive outreach by CSMs. - Our AX pipeline remains strong =E2=80=94 out of scheduled/completed asse= ssments, we are confident that 5 will convert to active cases in the near term. - *Direct transfers RIMs to CSMs* instead of calling back resulted in 2 client consultations and 1 assessment scheduled. - CSM team is *reviewing LTC utilization weekly* to see if those clients will add hours. Client Deactivations & Retention Outlook - August saw elevated client deactivations, with a notable dip in starts that impacted monthly revenue and census. - Of the 4 current on-hold clients, 3 are expected to return within the next few weeks after short-term hospitalizations. - September to date shows no continuation of the August deactivation trend, suggesting stabilization in client retention Forcasts - Based on active pipeline, reduced deactivations, annual client increases and new starts, we are on track to return to our average monthly revenue= of $238K=E2=80=93$240K over the next 2 weeks. - Client Census should be back in the 185s next week and 190s week after if no unplanned deactivations. - If current trends hold, we expect to increase our census and overall growth trajectory through September and into Q4.
