We are awaiting the HSOs. I will email VCH payables department Monday so she has the breakdown of the cluster care in hopes she will continue to work with us this way until we can find a solve for invoicing cluster care. I do appreciate any and all thoughts on this, as this is very new to us but I do honestly believe if we don't get in the game we will just see constant decline in the VCH referrals.
