I would love visibility on this. I think we can continue to grow this if we establish internal systems in place to manage the workload required (potentially a different rate for hourly / cluster care w VCH providing we can negotiate it.) Sheila also had some ideas about how to develop systems within Salesforce that she is willing to explore so we can better manage the administration of these types of requests.
