Hi All, Chuck, I am looking into this issue now and though I currently do not have a fix, it is something I am actively looking into. Tim, those CCM's have been added, please have them try and login to the ap, if this fails, please have them try and clear their cookies, cache, and history, and then try to have them login again. If this fails please reach back out and ill look into it. Carolina and others looking for permissions, please also include the job title and location of the people so I can give the appropriate permissions Thanks, Lucas Hynes

If this is around the same problem then the above solution should be generally applicable to all CCMs. If the request is to get CCMs access to the ap then I would need a list of the people to be added, their associated office, and their job title. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns about this or if I misunderstood!

I have access to all of the reports - It's our CCM's that don't have access to the "office reports". (example: ccm scorecard, client retention, intake pipeline, client start list, etc.) The ccm's are Shawntel Sousa, Luna Vinluan and Jamie Fewchuk.
