It=E2=80=99s a great starting point, and I appreciate the work that went into it. Before we send this to Kristina, I think we need to have a brief meeting to align on a few realities in Montreal. I want to make sure we aren=E2=80=99t proposing a "new way of working" that Sunrise might find disruptive or threatening to their own revenue. A few key points from my side: =E2=80=A2 Care vs. Companionship: Sunrise views their care plans (showers, dressing, etc.) as their "bread and butter." If we suggest we are "enhancing service" or "reducing their staff costs," they will see us as a competitor. We must pivot our language to strictly Integration, 1-on-1 Companionship, and Safety/Wandering support. =E2=80=A2 The 2026 Commission Shift: In 2026, Sales Directors (DOS) lose 25= % of their potential salary if a third-party agent is involved. Our value is helping them get Direct Referrals so they keep their full commission while Sunrise saves on the $5,000 agency fee. =E2=80=A2 Operational Boundaries: Sunrise is very strict=E2=80=94they will = not allow our staff to perform any clinical care (like showers). We need to ensure the proposal reflects that we are a "value-add" for the family's transition, not a replacement for Sunrise staff. Regarding the process with Kristina: She asked why I didn=E2=80=99t send this directly to Melanie and Luzia. I e= xplained that Joey and I agreed we wanted to see how she felt about it first. We didn't want to impose a new system on her without her input. She appreciated this "bottom-up" approach, and we feel it=E2=80=99s best if she= is the one to forward the final version to her bosses once she=E2=80=99s on board. Can we meet briefly to refine the "Care vs. Companionship" section? I want to make sure the final version is something Kristina feels 100% confident defending to her superiors.
